According to Federal Law No. 148-FZ of July 31, 1998 from the date the uniform tax is introduced by the corresponding normative legal acts of legislative (representative) bodies of state government of the subjects of the Russian Federation this Law shall apply to taxpayers insofar as it does not conflict with the mentioned Federal Law

Federal Law No. 198-FZ of December 31, 2001 amended this Federal Law. The amendments shall come into force as of January 1, 2002
